Microsoft has now officially announced it has acquired Activision Blizzard in a deal said to be valued at nearly $70 billion. The companies have agreed that Bobby will depart once the deal closes.

In this video, DeVante talks about Microsoft buying Activision Blizzard for $95 per share; a total payout of $68.7 billion. In buying Activision Blizzard, Microsoft will also take ownership of massive franchises like Call of Duty, Warcraft, Diablo, and Overwatch, as well as Activision Blizzard’s eSports endeavors. If the deal goes through, Microsoft will have a total of 30 internal game development studios following the acquisition of Activision Blizzard.
